We track textual content of thousands of Persian web pages, forums, weblogs, Instagram, Telegram and Twitter accounts. At the moment we only support Persian content, but our engineers are working hard to include more sources and channels in the future.

We provide an estimated total reach based on the popularity of the author whose posts your keywords were used. Reach on each channel has its own formula which incorporates various factors. Learn more about this feature here.
There are two ways to download PDF reports. One way is to click on the three-dot menu on the top right corner of each component (charts and infographics) on the dashboard and save it to your device. Another way is to click on the same menu button and add the component to the report page. You can add multiple components from throughout the application and add personalized notes to them via the reports tab before downloading them onto your device.
On the log-in page you can see the “forgot password?” link through which you can reset your password. If you are already logged in, go to settings, and find “change password” under the account information tab. You need the current password to be able to change it via settings.
Under each project go to the setting tab where you can see Keyword Setting. In the Keyword setting, you can use the Boolean operators (and/or) to create a new unique keyword.
On the sidebar go to the Assistance tab where you can submit your inquiries (tickets), and also see helpful tips and tutorials.
